WHAT WE OFFER

WEEKLY DMB class


A weekly 1.5 hour class to keep active and inspired throught 8 weeks. Fun movement combining breathing and dance, and eventually working out without realising it. In the first 1 hour we will work on dance technique improving strength, balance, co-ordination, mobility, expression. In the last half an hour we get inspiration from each week's exercises and we perform creative tasks in signles, couples, or small groups. The last half hour builds up to allow the participants to discover their own expression in dance, empowered by the technique taught in the beginning of the class.


FREE ONLINE VIDEOS - DANCE AT HOME


During the first covid-19 lockdown in spring 2020 I created a series of videos from my then home in Belgium. I am sharing exercises from Margaret Morris Movement, which connect movement with breathing, creating patterns of dance. Every three exercises are groupped into a nice routine, e.g. energising routine, stretch and relax routine, strengthening routine, etc.

DANCE THE STRESS OUT


We designed this 4-week workshop to help you release your stress though movement. We teach you exercises for breathing, stretching, balance, strength, neck rotation, and general coordination. We also work in pairs or groups. During lockdown, we work online via zoom. We take parts of exercises and create a full choreography with them.

CREATIVE DANCE


This workshop / series of workshops empower(s) you to find and express your authentic self through movement. I work with inspiring music, props, abstract ideas, your own breathing, and social interaction to prompt your body to move freely.

SOCIALS


A tailor-made social interaction workshop, ideal for a special corporate event, featuring group dynamics, playful interactions, and social connection. Contact me to design it especially for your company or institution!
