This is for the ones who want to get some fun movement and work out without realising they are working out. We will use all concepts of DMB in a series of classes designed to build up your strength, your balance, your posture, to improve body awareness, and to inspire you to interact with people in fun ways.
The sessions will consist of breathing exercises in different positions (standing, sitting, crook-lying), dynamic and strengthening exercises, relaxation and mobility exercises from Margaret Morris Movement. In every class there will be time for some social interaction in movement, to connect with each other and communicate in other ways than words. We will also create small choreographies and perform for each other.
There is no dance background needed, and you won't feel bored even if you have some dance background. The exercises can be made more challenging or more simple, depending on your level. I will see every body and I will give you guidance specifically for your needs and potential. I like to bring people into interaction, but also to let them free to move as they like. Bring your curiosity and playfulness along and let yourself be inspired!
