Since the start of DMB in February 2021, I have coached people in stress relief, gaining confidence, and improving on the own dancing technique.
My methods are Margaret Morris Movement, a dance curriculum that combines breathing and movement in specific exercises. I have added my own neurobiological twist to these exercises, including techniques for deep relaxation and stress relief.
I have helped musicians to reduce performance-related stress and enjoy their time on stage. They also improved their posture while playing music, reducing work-related injuries.
I have also helped dancers move more efficiently and gain confidence in their own artistic expression.
