This class consists of two sessions or it can be made into a longer curriculum. In the first sessions we will do the grounding work, how to connect breathing with movement, how to use space and levels, how to interact with an object. I will continuously challenge your curiosity to discover what is possible with your body and what does the body want to do, rather than the mind.
In the next sessions, we will remind the body how to move and breathe in parallel and then we will take off with free expression techniques. Expect interesting and challenging tasks, which you can execute as your body allows and feels like. At no moment you should force creation in movement, and I will support your authentic creation as much as possible.
Both sessions include parts of working alone and working in groups. We will be in an big space and will keep the distances between participants. Yes it is possible to work in groups without close physical proximity. So, what are you waiting for?
